Regular drop-in Pause support available in community based locations

Pause are an open access, youth led, brief intervention, emotional health and wellbeing service for children and young people under 25 years old who have a Birmingham GP. They can also offer support to parents/carers of children and young people under 25 years old who have a Birmingham GP with how best to help their children with their emotions and feelings.

The Pause team is made up of experienced wellbeing practitioners and wellbeing volunteers who will take the time to listen and provide support strategies.  You can drop-in for face-to-face support - just check the website for the week’s dates, times and locations.
